POUNDAFLESH are a uk punk band with a great heritage. Formed from Ex members of Concrete Sox, Varukers, POA & Vilechrist 3 years ago. We play fast, heavy, powerfull yet melodic punk for the masses.
Why this name?
The only one we all agreed on. Kind a like it now.
Do you play live?
All over the UK & Europe. Playin live is the main reason we formed. We have played with some of the best bands on the punk scene from Exploited & Conflict to GBH & Uk Subs.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Internet has helped us get known all over the world.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes if it was the right deal.

Your influences?
We have been likened to Chaos UK, Varukers. But i think we have a more musical approach. We like to have sing along choruses. Lots of tempo changes keep the interest.
Favorite spot?
For me Prague, Czech Rep or Berlin Kopi squat.
Equipment used:
Marshall Valve amps, the only way to go.
