Formed mid 2003 the latter part of the year was spent songwriting and recording 10 original songs which form the basis of our self produced album - imaginitively titled 'Chapter One'.
Currently working on the next selection of songs for the next album.... as yet it remains untitled.

Why this name?
Callisto was on a short list of names we found cool. One of Jupiters moons we felt it captured a certain essence of what we are.
Do you play live?
Yes....We have all been in bands before and gigged in and around Paisley/Glasgow area...and its great to be back out on the gigging circuit.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For up coming bands the internet levels the playing field. OK, most music is free but anyone who plays music as a route to making money will probably never realise their dream unless they have something really special.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We honestly don't know the answer to that. A very unlikely scenario so haven't given it much thought. Cross that bridge IF it comes.
Your influences?
Band members like many bands from Rush, Live, Nickelback, Goo Goo Dolls.3 Doors Down, Gun & Status quo Anything with strong music and melody. Our own music is probably unlike any of our influences on the whole but we think that our individual influences can be heard in the music.
