Why this name?
We drank 40's on Sunday nights and we were allstars at drinking 40's on Sunday nights.
Band History:
We had limited success--being played on numerous satelite and terrestrial radio shows and podcasts. One member, under the name PINK Boyd, ended up supplying dozens of parody songs for the Kidd Chris Radio Show in Philadelphia and of course The Howard Stern Show. Artie called me "a f***er." We had 3 or 4 "hits" that were in the top 10 on Soundclick under the Comedy charts without any real promotion-- none higher than "Mary Kate and Ashley" @ #4, "Summertime Girls" @ #9, and the song that started it all, "Jimmy Likes Porn" @ #10.
