Whenever I can...

I am easily moved by music, often to the point of tears. I always said that I wanted to make someone cry from listening to a song that I wrote. Not a friend, not the person I wrote a song for or about. I want a random person who has never met me, never talked to me, and has no idea what I'm all about to be so moved by something I write that it brings them to the point of tears. This is what I want more than anything else. Some people want to make people happy, they want to help people, they want to have their lyrics screamed by others, they want to hear themselves on the radio. It's my opinion that people screaming the words back at you or listening to your song on the radio generally don't pay too close attention to the things that matter; the subtle changes, the emotion, the lyrics. Some people try to tear apart lyrics to see what they mean as sometimes they can be rather vague. My answer to this; make up your own meaning. It means all of what you think, and none of it... I'm paradoxical like that. Whoever you are reading this, thank you for taking some of your time to delve into it. I hope you find something of enjoyment here, something worth your while.
