everyone in the music industry was stunned in early 04' when the unheard of formation of the rap supergroup Riboflavin harkened back to the days of good hip-hop like wu-tang and beastie boys, the whole world was stunned as the Rap gods slowly began their asscent to the rap throne. Along the way there were some difficulties ie ODB got in our way RIP but you shoulda kept our name out ya mouth! Sure GFL ROCK had a short stint in prison for murder and racketerring while Cash Um Quick was off on a galatic adventure of his own to save the great Flordians. And yes I stole a moosehead. But the point is we still had time to f*** a lot of hot bi***es while coming up with material for our long awaited debut album Vitamin Rhymes. Mid 04 we decided it had to be a double cd around this time the groups drug use hit an all time high, I remember Ice Box shooting up meth at a local performance of Fiddler on the Roof.

I thought for sure the added tensions of my new Girl friend Yoko Ono would tear the group asunder. Creative differences had led GFLROCK to believe the way to make hit songs was to make pretty pictures in the events editor window, also convinced we could make it work with only 1 channel and a beer bottle as a mixer.
