Well, ARSOUNDGY actually consists of 2 musicians: KiD (Vocals, Drums, Guitar) and Stevenson (Solo Guitar, Bass Guitar, Background Vocals). I don't think most of you will know about Mauritius:) So, the band is situated in the East of Mauritius in a small village called ARGY. It was founded in November 2003 when KiD had just finished his school years. Kid and Stevenson has been school friends. Since then they played rock. And now, they decided to work together to make their own music. KiD writes the lyrics and arranges the music while Stevenson takes care of all the complicated parts in the solo works at the guitar. That's a bit about ARSOUNDGY, I guess!!!
Why this name?
Since the band's situated in ARGY, ARSOUNDGY is just "ARGY" "SOUND", with "SOUND" in the middle: AR-SOUND-GY
Do you play live?
Since the band has been set up, we played live only 6 times. The first time was during a promotional event at a Waterpark and the last time was during Christmass celebrations! We features in a TV programme - XPression, accompanied by 2 guest musicians and that was the best moment among all our shows. We stayed there all day in the cool atmosphere of the Air Contitioner, with make-up on our face... phew! It was really fun...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
In my opinion, the internet, in a positive way, values artists from all over the world. We take my example. Without the internet, I wouldn't have got the opportunity to promote my music to USA and other parts of the world...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would really want to if I get the opportunity...

Favorite spot?
My country: Mauritius. Ooooh it's so lovely...
