Well, here I am in Seattle-- nomadic, waiting for the house to open up so we can occupy it. Long story, no time. Meantime, I still make music... I kinda just made a small EP really... Awesome good, altho brilliantly lo-fi.

HEY!!! I'm nearing completion of a new FULL LENGTH album currently titled "Exposition of the Inner"-- coming soon! It will feature some of the recent songs already up, so please check them out.

Hey, yeah, lots been goin on, I got Podestrium (aka RK of AOM) makin some changes now and then to the place round here. There's two new songs up, both of which are quite unique in their own right-- also featuring Podestrium. So check 'em out.

Well... On like the 3rd, this last Saturday, I went into my friend Cory's place and recorded 6 songs... Pretty phatty too. A couple of 'em should appear on the site here pretty soon.

...yeah, I guess SOS is no more. It sucks I know. SoulFire, again, I'm sorry. I doubt you're reading this, but if you are, I'm sorry man. The band has disbanded, yeah it's my fault, and I won't go into details, but yeah, it was my fault. Right now, there's not much I can do, but focus on life in the present... So until anymore news... Farewell.

My stage name is officially J/Theo. Welcome.
Currently, it's still me. But now I have a wife... and a list of names, friends and acquaintances, who have been willing to lay down beats, rhymes, and straight up jam with me... The vision is no longer alone, but the industry would sure like it to be. There's more to this revolution than simple words-- its a lifetime of living the Truth in its unbastardized message. I've gone by many names, but my first and foremost name will always represent Messiah.

Why this name?
Well, currently, I'm undergoing a bit of a name change as far as artistry goes... but J/THEO is a good mix of both Theokratique and my real name, Joshua. Both representing a Yah-ruled world and Messiah.
Do you play live?
Done some various events-- original worship chapels, youth events, a show here or ther, etc. I'm a big studio guy personally.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Just moved to Seattle, so... right now I'm not sure what I'm looking for... maybe looking for small labels, preferably local,-- I'm hoping to go into sound engineering and record producing some day...
Band History:
I've tampered with, and prob'ly mutiliated about every style of music I could ever imagine to recreate and blend. Mix and match. My early material, under the name TLP, was a lot more rock influenced, less straight rap. I then became The Celt and hip-hop was a central focus, and now I return to my various influences as Theokratique-- even though hip-hop is still the central focus, I will be incorprating more elements into the mix.

...Biggest influences musically are Manchild of Mars ILL, Eminem, Tupac, POD, Luke Geraty, Cross Movement, Shadow Gallery, MG! The Visionary...
Favorite spot?
...Santa rosa, CA-- where I was raised. Represent. Its true tho, I do like E-Town.
Equipment used:
Korg multi-FX pedal, Fender strat, mandolin, Yamaha keys, Cakewalk Home Studio 2003, Fruityloops, Tascam Portastudio 02, drum sequencer/rhythm machine, Numark turntable... the list goes on... some kinda mic, various FX and sound CDs, and oh so many different places and recording studios... yeah baby.
Anything else...?
...uh yeah, basically, I'm my own DJ out of necessity. I play guitar, bass, keyboard, tin whistle, write music compositions, program and compose beats, beatbox, mix and master, do all vocals, etc. It'd be nice to do this with a couple others on my crew. Pretty much all the production, mastering, recording, and performance on these tracks are also provided by me-- only by Yah's grace and His gifts....
