No one knows. The name was chosen by an ex-member and by all accounts makes no sense at all.

Sure we do. NYC. Of course. Always.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I really hope not. Some artists have made it without getting involved with that awful mess already. We're hoping it's true that the majors are crumbling.
