Doug Andrews, Songwriter/Musician has toured both the U.S. and Europe as a percussionist and a drummer. An alumnus of Berklee College of Music, he is currently focusing on a career as a songwriter and producer/manager.
Why this name?
Doug Andrews was my original On-Air, Disc Jockey name and is my first and middle name.
Do you play live?
I have played live throughout the U.S. and in Europe. At the moment, I am looking to start a new project. I love playing live and touring more than anything.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It brings us all a little closer and enables us to share our craft with each other.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, of course!
Your influences?
As a writer and a performer I would have to say that I've been a little influenced by everything. Pop mostly, but I am a rocker and a jazzer at heart.
Favorite spot?
East and West Coast.
Equipment used:
I will use anything I can get my hands on.

The Majority of the new material is in pre-production and is midi sequences. However, I welcome comments and suggestions.
