Video created for the 20th Anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre. Memorial to be held in Washington, D.C., May 30, 2009. Music, 'Keeping the Dream Alive', by Demian Yumei and Stacey Young of 'DreamSinger'.
I'm Demian of "DreamSinger"and I love being a grandmom. This is a photo of my grandson taken a few years ago.
And this is a photo of my beautiful children taken a couple years ago. It's the only one I have of all three of my kids together! My lovely daughter has made me a grandmother for the second time around. I can't tell you how happy that makes me!
I feel compelled to share the passion and joy I feel in my heart, and to share the long journey I've traveled to get here through song and words. The journey continues for me and I have a lot to learn, but one of the things I've learned is to stop apologizing for who and what I am.
What I am is an older woman, who loves to create and be with her family. Who I am is determined by the character I've developed over the years.
I am passionate about helping others find their voice, tell their stories and pursue -
no, embrace their dreams.
If you enjoy what you hear, if the music touches you and uplifts you, please refer someone you know and care about here, too. Or support me in my work by gifting yourself or someone you love with a CD.
