Brandon (Drummer) thought the name was kinda funny cause when you're on the radio nobody really sees your face so if you got a "face for radio" I guess it means you're really ugly. And the name sounds pretty emo so when people are expecting soft pussy sh*** we kick their ass with f***ing crazy hardcore punk shit.

Rich (vocals), Zak (bass), and Brandon (drums) were in Ususal Suspects back in the day and are really good friends and Kevin and Collin (both guitar) were in a band together which I understand was a pretty decent band as well. To make a long story short, both those bands failed miserabley and we united to form Face for Radio.

Oeration Ivy, Rancid, Ballzack, Misfits, Anti-Flag, The Unseen, Filth, Kill Your Idols, and other stuuf that doesn't suck.
