play lo-fi play hi-fi  Pump (Part 2)
Formless, cacaphonous live industrial experimentation improvised on metal percussion and detuned guitars.

This six-person collective performed together only once, on May 22, 1987 at leader Ed Rapacki's Long Island, NY club Abyssinia, as heard on this 13-minute excerpt of sonic destruction.

A bit of trivia: the metal percussion heard on this piece included a large tire rim salvaged from the stage set of Einstürzende Neubauten's May 1986 fiery spectacle at Palladium.
