This is the Draftpix, which consists of Anonymous (A-Non) & Blex. We are a hip-hop duo, and have been this thing underground for a little while now, and now want to move on up. Anonymous is the more mellow rapper, and has a unique style that isn't really heard much right now. Blex is the signature voice of Draftpix, and has a really nice flow. He is also different then a lot of artists right now.
Why this name?
We used to be called DDB (Da Dangerous Ballers), but didn't like that name after awhile. We chose the Draftpix, because we are young, and are trying to get drafted into the hip-hop game. It is also a nice sounding name.
Do you play live?
Not as of it yet
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Now anybody can get their songs on the internet, and get their music known. This is a great idea. It is also free most of the time, which is also a big plus. The internet is doing great things for unsigned artists, and their music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Definitely. That's what we are trying to do. Actually we would like to sign with a minor label, that is a building label. We would like to build our music, and develop a sound while the label is developing. If major labels were offering, we would look over deals and choose which would be the best for us.

We use mostly mainstream beats, but now this guy Kasual is starting to do beats for us. So at first, our downloadable music will have mainstream beats, but the later songs will have Kasual's beats.
Update: Several of the beats are produced by Phluent. Ill producer - when it comes to making beats, this man is a genius.
