Sworz hails from Baltimore, Maryland. Born and raised in a city where the underground hip-hop scene remains strong, Sworz believes the world is ready to witness the Baltimore hip-hop scene on a larger scale. Since the age of 15 Sworz has taken the rap game very seriously. He rhymes and writes on a daily basis to keep his skills sharp.

Freestyling came as natural as talking for this Baltimore MC. Writing, on the other hand, has always been the strength of Sworz’s talents. Since the age of 11, Sworz has been writing poetry and stories. Sworz’s freestyling and writing ability lead to his impressive song writing, as well as, profound rapping skills.

The distinct voice of this MC sets him apart from the rest. He describes his love for hip-hop as a “Natural Obsession.” He states that, he “loves the power of music because it can have you rocking up in the club one minute and the next minute it will have you in a deep self evaluation.” Sworz can take you there whether you are into underground hip-hop, club bangers or storytelling. His goal is to get his music out to the entire world. He believes in making music that everyone can relate to, as well as, learning something from it. “Music is what I was put on earth to do. When I write, record, or perform I forget about everything for that moment. It’s my medicine that I would die without.”
