MIRAI is the founder of the futurist art network and synth band 'Intelligentsia'.
Starting in his teens releasing numerous video games in 80's U.K, to his first gig in 91 at Camden Palace, London. Since then has done over 30 live events, in Europe and the Far East; from sports stadiums to skyscrapers; culminating in a tour with the biggest multimedia event in Japan; "THE INTERACTIVE LIVE SHOW".
Joining with famed electronic music pioneers 'P-MODEL' (Warner Records), DJ Phil Free (no#1 UK DJ in Japan) and TV & radio multimedia guru 'Morley Robertson', Mirai has firmly planted his space boot in Tokyo's electronica world.
Including national airplay & distribution, and over 20 number ones on the Asian MP3 internet charts.
During his 8 year trip to the Far East, he wrote soundtracks for video games, club mixes, TV & radio. And made several TV & pop video appearances, had a political party named after him, and was the first western musician to play TECHNO live via a mobile phone.
Mirai has been a videogame character & model, co-hosted a 1 year Electronic Music show, written for 'Keyboard', and thru 14 years of Intelligentsia has teamed up with a motley bag of musicians and artists, always pushing against the status quo.
Now back in Europe, Intelligentsia continues with the 3 year epic work and Space Opera "CIVILIZATIONS", with 3 more albums in the mix.
