Why this name?
Uncle Ernie is a close family friend of two of the related band members.
Do you play live?
We play live at small venues/clubs in and around Annapolis, Baltimore, and occasionally Washington, D.C.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Quite simple.. it's great for independent artists who aspire to be on MTV.. but for those already there, it sucks because they're claiming piracy and theft. Go figure. Greed is definately an issue.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not.
Your influences?
Too many to simply list. Plus we like to put our own flavor in there, not just copy Led Zeppelin all the time.
