Eyes for Telescopes is a Charlottettown PEI based band consisting of Pat Deighan,guitar&vocals; Belinda Doyle,vocals & percussion; Dan Currie,guitar & vocals; Craig MacPherson,bass & vocals; and Mike MacDougall, drums & vocals.
The band has released two albums,"Please Survive" in 2001 and "Soundsaroundus" in 2002. Their thrid album will be released later this year. They also appear on the Much Music compilations,"Dog & Pony Show" and "Nickel & Dime", as well as, "Before the Big Feast".
They have been nominated for an East Coast music award as alternative group of the year in 2002 and 2003.
The band has played with some of the very best indie bands in Canada including, Joel Plaskett, Matt Mays,the Trews,Sam Roberts,the Constantines,the Guthries,the Weakerthans and Nathan Wiley, among others.
They have showcased at NxNE in Toronto, the Atlantic Scene Festival in Ottawa, the Halifax Pop Explosion,Gobblefest and a number of ECMA showcases.

Band History:
Eyes for Telescopes came together to perform at a one time multi media event in february 2000 in their hometown.
They have been described in one review as "oddball
