Black Sabbath is drinking with Carcass, and listening to Frank Zappa covering a King Crimson song, while Death and Dark Angel jam on Napalm Death and Godflesh songs through the amps of Bolt Thrower. Bad Brains, waiting in the next room, start jamming on everything they hear coming through
Why this name?
It was called Kronik for 5 years, then someone else started using the name. It was time for a change anyway.
Do you play live?
No, the last Kronik gig was with D.R.I. in 2002, it was awesome! I've been involved in running a practice space with some buds, we kept it going for almost three years, but had to let it go. I'm looking forward to jamming again, doing shows, etc.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Gives a much broader spectrum of options for the independent artist or the struggling musician.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would have to be perfect, I just want someone to distribute a bunch of my music.
