Why this name?
I got my name from an online IQ test that simply stated that I was clever....It only seemed right.

The internet is a great tool that enables artist to branch out to a wider spectrum of people.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely, as long as it fits with the Cleva Beatz brand.
Band History:
Cleva has studied Production and Media Arts at the Midwest Industry Workshop and DePaul University.
She was born in Maywood, New Jersey and spent most of her childhood and high school years on Chicago's southside. To futher her career she relocated
to Houston Texas, where she currently works with H on Star Ent. as a in-house producer/engineer and colloaborates with many musicians and established artist.
As a progressive producer,DJ and arranger of Hip Hop,Rap,R&B,Soul and other sub genres Cleva Beatz's work
has been recognized by the industry in many ways. Her work has also been performed at a multitude of festivals and concerts.
To date, Cleva Beatz has many recordings to her credit, including artist such as 88 Keyz,Spank G,Showtime,GMG,Donell Jones.
Her most popoular and noted recordings, just to name a few, include: "Scream"(88keyz), "Snap" and "Only In America"(Spank G)
which were in heavy rotation on various internet radio/radio shows across the U.S.
The roster of musicians with whom Cleva has collaborated, performed, recorded and/or toured reads like a Who's Who of Mainstream and underground hip hop and R&B.
A short list of these stellar artists includes 88 Keyz,Spank G,Donell Jones,747,Muddy Banks,Chicago GoGetta,Soldiers At War(S.A.W.)
