London I are a young up and coming Hip-Hop crew from NW London in the UK. They consist of emcees Charo and Esely (who also produces). London I is an RAF (Rhyming Arts Foundation) squadron.
Why this name?
It's basically a catchy name that sums us up. We're from London and we try to use intelligent rhymes (the 'I' stands for Intelligence)
Do you play live?
We have performed at Slipjam B in Brighton and Reclaim the Streets. There's plenty of other performances on the way. We both love performing.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We think it's dope(!) 'cos its so easy to get your name around and to advertise stuff. Plus people can share music easily to progress in the industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yep (depending on conditions etc obviously)

Our shared influences are UK artists like Taskforce, Phi-Life Cypher and Roots Manuva.
