Why this name?
Well, Heringer comes from the dutch name Heringa which means "shoemaker"...i am told, and i am not sure about Andrew other then its a good solid name.
Do you play live?
I play in the Sacramento area and Orange county area. The best place to play in the world is the placerville coffee house. great live room!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet gets music easily spread and heard by audiences that wouldn't hear it otherwise. But there is the piracy issue....
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yeah. sure

in 1984 i was born....at some point i got a guitar....I have played in a number of bands, namely Eightfold.
