-Lease will give you MP3 file (no Wav or track out). ONE commercial recording or broadcast (single, album, mixtape, etc.), as well as performance rights. Distribution limit 2,000 copies.

-Premium Lease your choice of MP3 or Wav (no track out). ONE commercial recording or broadcast (single, album, mixtape, etc.), as well as music video and performance rights. Distribution limit increases to 10,000 copies

**You must give full credit to the seller (goditmob productions) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, goditmob productions still owns the beat(s) and g.p. is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.**

-Exclusive Rights will give you MP3, WAV, or separated track outs for mixing. You own the music. Unlimited commercial uses, unlimited distribution. Beat will me marked as 'sold' and no longer be available for use unless leased prior to sale. Full production credit must still be given to goditmob productions.

-Special Uses: *Commercials, In-house, company publications: for publications with less than 50,000 viewers exclusive rights suffice. Terms are to be discussed for larger publications.
*Websites (less than 100,000 monthly hits): Premium leasing rights suffice
*Websites (other): must acquire exclusive rights
*TV/Movie: terms are to be discussed
