Tony: "Westford is a group of young musicians, who have a passion for writing and playing an outstanding mix of rock, pop, and emo."
Jake: "I'm going to be the evil genius that starts this as a full band interview. Haha. Let me clarify that what we play is not LYRICALLY emo! I personally choose not to be assosciated with sociopathic softy-punk kleenex rock. Musically we may not be Napalm Death, but our live shows are still nuts, so don't be deterred by labels!"

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Tony: "The internet is an excellent tool for bands to get exposure. It is helping a lot of bands gain new fans, and meet people who can further enhance their band's career."
Jake: "Totally, though I'd still like to get geared up on live exposure too. The internet may be a great way to get out Quick, but nothing beats a Saturday night and sweaty teenagers!"

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Tony: "Yes, considering the contract wasn't a complete scam."
Jake: "Absolutely. I think a lot of underground bands fear becoming a joke, but I see it as a HUGE platform to actually tell our generation something worth hearing besides 'it's over, there is no more rock n roll', you know?"

Band History:
Tony: "Westford is a fairly new band, its members come from several different well respected bands in the area. Although Westford is just a new born band, there live shows have already started to create a lot of excitement in the music community. Look for Westford's full length coming soon."
Jake: "Tony's a f*ckin genius. Let us not recall that Other minimally successful band we had that propelled Westford to excellence in a mere three shows somehow...*coughcough* Hahaha."
