Why this name?
I was named DJ Dynamite in 1994 by a fellow DJ I knew in LANSING. MI. This was wwaayy before all of those other dj dynamites. I now go by DJ G-Cue The Cuttman or DJ DYNAMITE AKA GCUE THE CUTTMAN.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It really helps us underground Artists/producers to get our music heard and exposed to many MORE people world wide..
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I'm wiiling to look at any offers put on the table.
Band History:
DJ Dynamite has been producing beats and writting since 97. In 99' I started to record tracks with the group East Side Drama (Diz, Dirtmann and Mac Millz). In early 99' I learned how to scratch on my new turntables, ever since then I been rippin' it on the mic and beats. In December 00' I showed up on the internet and uploaded some tracks to mp3.com, since then I been droppin' CD's every year. 2002 my first solo album "Time to get heard", 03' "Local Dynasty", 04' M-Gan Murda Mix. 05' Dreams & Reality, mgan murdamix 2, mac millz grind Time and PR Gutta. 06' Pluellin' the game. 07' Mac Millz Free agent. 11' MAC MILLZ SPIDER LOCS HITMAN & GCUE THE CUTTMAN HIPHOPS UNDERGROUND CITY.
