SO MUCH FOR GROWING UP. Still Famous is a Florida based band formed in 1998 under the name Dv8 and have been shocking crowds ever since. Driven with their loud guitars and a crew of melodic tunes & energized drums, the sound of Still Famous subscribes to the power-pop rock genre. Their sound, underlined with the captivating hooks, allows the band to cross several genres but yet is catchy enough for your grandma to listen to. Still Famous follows closely to the raw essentials of all rock 'n' roll bands: 4 guys, 3 chords, 2 balls & 1 van, but they stand out with their high-energy, irreverent stage show.

Why this name?
After running into legal problems with the bands former name "Dv8" The boys decided try a new name with some attitude!
Band History:
Still Famous has hit the west coast with their aggressive show and are looking
forward to taking their music to the rest of the nation. They recently got off tour with The Holiday (Formerly Showoff) from Chicago, and have played with bands like, Watashi Wa, Stereogram, Over It, The Army of Freshman, The Return, Hudson River School and Halfway Home. The E.P. "Failure In Suburbia", was recorded by Bruce Kirby (The Wallflowers, They Might Be Giants, Paula Cole) in early 2003. Currently the band is being played on X-96, Utah's Alt-Rock Radio station.
