In the case of purchasing more than one instrumental, select your license choice, the quantity and enter the names of each instrumental in the message box, located on the paypal checkout page.

Exclusive prices begin with a base price of $300 and vary depending on the instrumental. Please contact us prior to your purchase for further details. When an agreement has been made, further instructions will be given regarding your purchase.

Free downloads are intended for promotional use only. However, if interested in purchasing the Free DL w/ leasing or exclusive rights, contact us via email.

The free download(s) will not include any form of licensing/rights. The free downloads will be tagged throughout and are not deemed profitable. Any form of promotional use is strictly prohibited, which include mix-tapes,videos (WSHH, Youtube, Vimeo, etc), performances, radio, iTunes, etc

Licensing Policy/Terms

Once an instrumental has been purchased, the buyer herein agrees tothe policy/terms stated below. The terms of each license shall beperpetual, unless terminated or modified.

Leasing Rights:

Leasing rights grant you permission to use the instrumental(s) (MP3 format only) for promotional purposes, such as mix-tapes, demos, radio play, performances, etc. The number of profitable units that can be sold is 5,000. Premium Leasing is recommended if unit sales are expected toexceed 5,000. It is acknowledged that 3rd Wyrld Productions maintainfull ownership of the instrumental(s), unless exclusive rights are purchased.


Premium Leasing Rights:

Premium leasing rights grant you permission to use the instrumental(s), MP3format (or tracked out WAV format by request) for promotional purposes, such as mix-tapes, demos, radio play, performances, etc. The number ofprofitable units that can be sold is 15,000. Exclusive rights arerecommended if unit sales are expected to exceed 15,000 and/or if intended for use on an official mix-tape, album or for major distribution. Itis acknowledged that 3rd Wyrld Productions maintain full ownership of the instrumental(s),unless exclusive rights are purchased.


Exclusive Rights:

Exclusive rights grant you ownership to the rights of the instrumental(s),(both mp3 and tracked out wav formats). The buyer shall be permitted tounlimited recordings, profitable units and promotional use. Exclusive licensingis highly recommend for singles, official mix-tapes, albums and majordistribution. Exclusive pricing varies and can be negotiated with a baseprice of $300. Contact us via email for terms on partial copyright ownership and pricing. Any resale of an instrumental is strictly prohibited.

Production Credit

It is acknowledged that production credit shall be given to 3rd WyrldProductions for any project in which we are affiliated.

Tags

Free DL:
Free downloads will have signature tags throughout the instrumental.*

Lease:
Following the purchase of a lease(s), the delivered instrumental(s) will come with ONE standard signature tag at the beginning, which does not repeat throughout. After purchase, prior to email delivery, the tag volume will be lowered and shall not affect your vocals.

Exclusive:
Once you are given the tracked out files, the signature tag is no longer required to be included in the instrumental. However, the terms referring to production credit is perpetual.

Returns:

All purchases made are final. In the case of a corrupt/damaged file received, please contact us immediately and the instrumental(s) will be re-delivered to your email within 24hrs.
