2 Knights are two producers from Tayside, Scotland... JoeBro, who writes the tunes and Johnyboy who co-produces, along with vocalist Gem.
Why this name?
We both DJed at the same nightclub two nights per week together and met Gem there because it was/is her second home!!
Do you play live?
Not at the moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
On a good note, it can help new artists get noticed and possibly signed up. On a bad note, it costs the industry alot of money because people no longer need to leave the house to go shopping for music and sometimes they can get it free.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
Your influences?
I, prefer commercial dance like 2 Unlimited, N-Trance etc although I'll listen to most music. A good song is a good song no matter which style it's in. I'm not snobby when it comes to music.
Favorite spot?
Not sure. Probably my home city, Dundee.
Equipment used:
Not got a lot of equipment myself so we hire a studio when it's time to record. I write using a Roland EM-55 at the moment although any keyboard/piano can be used for writing.
