SoundClick artist: 92 Fam - 92 fam, we do RnB and rap.

92 [When there are many, we are one.]

Formed since September 2003. We are made up of two crews, Liberation and Tha Rekod, a recording studio, Fley-Zee Productions. Our members are Lil Lamb, Qupix, Syigalow, Joe Lingual, FleyDoh, Zee, Saz, D-Flop. We might be opening an all-girl east side crew. So far the girls are Era, Fiza. We use fruity loops 3.4 for some of our self-made beats. We are still learning how to use it. We use cool edit pro 2.0 for our recording.

Why this name?

92 is a block in Toa Payoh, our hang out place. When other Fam and crews hang around in posh places like Orchard's Youth Park, we found a place to suit our needs, Lorong 4 Toa Payoh.

Do you play live?

Some of us had performed in schools, like Qupix, Joe Lingual and Syigalow have all performed in First Toa Payoh Secondary School and Fley-D has performed in ITE Ang Mo Kio.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It gives that edge to giving away preview of our music. This is good exposure for us even at its most minimal form.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes, why not. If there is future in this industry we would love to.

Band History:

Used to be a small fam. The population in this fam has decreased and increased until today. So far we have 8 members.

Your influences?

Any form of music that is really 'music' to our ears.

Favorite spot?

Block 92 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh.
