The band name was chosen because Stuart had been the drummer in numerous bands all his life and was tired of being the guy in the back. So, Stuart finally turned solo after moving to Markham, Ontario where he met up with guitarist Mark Antoine. Other members were added when Stuart returned from a one year haitus in Ireland.
