A.I.T.A. is a six piece metal band from Lake County, IL. Combining melody, harmony, raw screams, and music that goes from in your face heavy to that sound that you can always fall asleep to. And when you put it all together it makes music that is so terrifyingly true and real, that you won't be able to stop listening to it.
Why this name?
it just seemed to fit our style and what we are about....
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
i think it helps out local bands a great deal and it can help signed bands in the way that if someone isn't sure that they want to buy the entire album without hearing it first... but if you download a whole album and never buy it then your just ripping off the band who did a sh*** load of hard work....
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yeah i mean thats the way you get your music out and you get to go on tour andsee new people and places

Your influences?
we have a variety of influences individually but as a band we all seem to agree that 40 below summer, flaw, mudvayne, cky, depswa, and finger eleven are big influences on how we play...
Favorite spot?
haven't seen enough spots yet to answer that question...

we have 2 guitarists, 1 bass player, and 1 drummer and 2 singers.... equipment is on the website....
