All beats presented on this site are free for use on demo's, freestyles, or soundclick pages, unless mention other wise. I do ask though, in return, that I am credited for my work, since my time was spent creating the work. Use the contact information to contact me about the beat.

Purchasing-

Leasing/Non-Exlcusive(Up to-$50): This entitles the buyer to using the beat for one commercial project. You will recieve the final product in the form of a .wav file. The beat will still be presented on the site in download format.

Full/Exclusive($50-$125):This entitles the buyer to all rights to the beat through documentation. The buyer will receive the contract, and half of the payment will need to be sent to the producer, along with one of the contracts signed. Following this, the Product will be sent in .wav format(or another format, upon request, pending what the format is). Instrumental is subject to stay up, with out download feature, unless requested by new owner.

Custom Instrumentals:Custom Instrumentals can be requested for commercial use. Instrumental will be produced for the satisfaction of the artist, and if finish product isn't to your standards, the track can be thrown away, or kept for future reference, by request. Pricing ranges on request, and length giving to make the beat. Pricing is however, not that expensive. Package pricing for more than 1 custom beat receives discounts.
