Timbre Crick is a collaborative effort between two singer / songwriter / multi-instrumentalists -Ted Warpinski and Reid Hanson. Playing a style of music they like to call "Midwestern Folkgrass", Timbre Crick is all about the texture and the melody. Take a listen. Kick your shoes off. Enjoy.

Why this name?

We were looking at words with multiple meanings in mind; and the words 'Timbre' and 'Crick' both fit the bill. Put them together and they convey the sort of vibe that we're going after.

Band History:

Reid and Ted have been friends since their college days where they both studied philosophy.
