ArCtic is an acronym. I started out as dj ArC...and ArC stood for Anonymous record Collector. I was called that by dj res in london because i would always come in once a week and buy a record from him, but after two years of doin this my name still eluded him.
I am just going to be called ArCtic with no dj or mc in front of it.

Why this name?
I started out as ArC and then when i moved to thunder bay up north from where i used to live (london) i naturally called myself something a little colder.
Do you play live?
Live is hype..Thunder Bay needs some restructuring in the live performances category of things though.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Basically it breaks down to loss of revenue for major record distributers becase the music and distribution is virtually free minus the cost of electricity and server space. The savings on everything and overwhelming and catastrophic to the music industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
nah I'd rep mine instead...ArCtic recordings
Band History:
i started up in london and eventually met up with my current crew ( jax of all trades & Abominable Sno-Man ) in thunder bay. We are a crew of 4 mc's and 2 dj's. Illest styles and back and forths i've ever been a part of....keep your ears peeled to the underground.
