Because that's literally what it is.
Do you play live?
I have in the past. Not so much anymore. Maybe soon in the future perhaps.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Everything has now become saturated and it's harder than ever to be heard. It just seems everyone is just out to promote themselves instead of discovering new music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I have no idea. I would be surprised to get the offer in the first place....

I have been writing music for as long as I can remember. More recently I built a computer for recording and here I am now answering this question.....
