im just a lone instrumentalist. i have interests in everything from jazz to hardcore, so my music is definitely a genre mutant. i play alot of everything, and all instruments in any of my tracks are by me, unless i specify otherwise. enjoy.
Do you play live?
i don't play live myself, but i am in a few bands that gig.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
the internet changed the world. the music industry is just one facet of that. in regards to band exposure, it has definitely been a multiplier, and musicians are able to communicate with and draw from a greater variety of sources. it definitely has taken music a step ahead of what it was 20 years ago.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
in a world where "corrupt labels" are on every corner, a musician has to be wary of what they get themself into. but yeah, i would sign with a major label, if it help me get my music out. i would not compromise anything for a label, however.
Your influences?
like i stated earlier, i draw from tons of sources. genre wise: jazz , fusion , metal, punk , ska , emo , hardcore , funk , progressive rock, classic rock, psychedelic and experimental sources as well. very hard to define.
Favorite spot?
my home state of kentucky. there's nowhere like it.
