Band History:
Technically the roots of Slide 50 go back to 1999, but the band started to paly in fall 2000. We consider the style of our band something we call “college punk rock“. In this style the melody and speed of punk has remained, but anarchy, racism or political statement has vanished. Members of the band are Sander Loite (bass), Kallervo Karu (drums) and Martin Kuut (guitar). The former bass-player was Ramon Reimets, but our members changed and now our bass-player is the ex-guitarist Sander. The first recording became to be demo called “Moose Piss Punk Demo”, on which were two songs - “Fantasy World” and “(One Evening In A) Punk Rock Club”. We have also joined with Wave Records.
