***LEASING RIGHTS***
When purchasing Leasing Rights to an instrumental, the instrumental shall be emailed to the customer in MP3 format converted in 320kbps once payment has been received. Additional costs will be added if customer would like the instrumental in CD format and mailed to an address. A contract granting the customer non-exclusive rights to the instrumental can be sent upon request.
LEASING RIGHTS PURCHASED ARE AS FOLLOWED:
- BeatBox tag shall remain on leased instrumental.
- Production by The BeatBox shall be credited.
- Customer can't resell the instrumental to any 3rd party, as customer doesn't own the Exclusive Rights to the instrumental
- As owner of the instrumental, The BeatBox can resell the instrumental to another customer until Exclusive rights are purchased.
- Allowed to use the beat for one commercial-for-profit recording or broadcast up to 2500 copies.
***EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS***
When purchasing Exclusive Rights to a beat, the customer will receive an email of the beat in WAV format tracked out without BeatBox tags. If CD format is requested for the files, it can be arranged at no additional cost. Customer will receive a contract in the mail granting Full Exclusive Rights to the purchased instrumental.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS PURCHASED ARE AS FOLLOWED:
- Rights give you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts.
- Customer fully owns the property rights to the instrumental.
- Customer can record, alter, mix, the instrumental in anyway they would like.
- Customer cannot resell the instrumental.
- Once exclusive rights purchased, no one may further lease or buy the same instrumental.
- Production by The BeatBox shall be credited.
