Moka mixes various influences, from neurosis to converge, At The Drive In, The Mars Volta, radiohead, satyricon, dub, techno hardcore....

Why this name?
It was first Paradise High, then Mocha, then Moka... i've first seen it at a friend's band rehearsal
Do you play live?
we'll play live this year, the band is now formed, and it is not a single man band anymore.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it's so great to discover new kinds of music! It's a way to share the culture!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Band History:
This band started with Flo's leaving his previous band Edicius. He was fed up with metal extreme and so on music & attitude.. He started working on new moods influenced by waterscapes, moka is born from watching these pictures...
Your influences?
Everything from rock to techno hardcore, punk, emo, noise, dub... The music is still more guitar oriented, but we have some electro/dub tracks as well...
Favorite spot?
havent found it yet, but i love Laos and southern asia
