Horthy is a project of mine that I created so I can preach my Hungarian Pride and to spread my darkess of necroness with Bass like greek legend veins of Necromantia and Depressing raw Ambient Pianos.
Horthy is a one man band from Edison New Jersey.
Try to recorded very old Imperial like aka old (pre -Krieg, and the veins of Early Abruptum it is very Eight-Tracky.Which I think it gives more a satanic painful drowning torcher itt also has very slow depressing Doom elements.

Why this name?
Well I always felt as strong love for my hungarian roots. And I ways had a respect for Commander Horthy Miklos who helped Hungary rejuvenate in 1938. He made once a whole Country. Therefore I choosen this name . Plus it seems so powerful.
Do you play live?
I never play live. At least not yet the moment. This is only my creation but If I have other musicians who would like to join me in a side project to with a different concept and different style black metal. Then definately.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I Think Mp3 is a marvelous idea it helps unsigned or unwanted artist to push there creation to people around the world and I think That is so marvelous.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, I wouldn`t with this type of musical style because I want it to stay in the underground.

I have many musical influences from Abazagorath to Yamatu but in this typical project I have to say Krieg,Demonic Christ,Necromantia,Burzum, Vinterikett,

Favorite spot?
My favrote spot where I like to go If I Have the chance to go is Budapest and Hungary because that`s where my heart ans soul is pretty much.
