Why this name?
My original name was Marvalouz at age 12, which later became Young P at age 15. I was 16 when I decided upon P.E.N. which stands for "Powerful Extraordinary Negro" because my pen that put my put my thoughts to paper is just as powerful as my voice itself. The Big Bro moniker came from a character I created named Lil P.(E.N.) who is my conscience little brother who thinks he's the big brother. At age 18 I chose T.R.U.E. as my official artist name which stands for "The Realest Unites Everything" because if you're not bringing people and things together being true to you how can you call yourself real?
Do you play live?
No not at the moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has made it very easy to make your music accessible to people all over the world at the blink of an eye. Although it also has its shortcomings i.e. bootlegging and leaking.
