Taore

Believing he should never have been born, 'Taore' tries to crack the shell that everyone else is trapped in. What's that? No no, he isn't trapped in a shell, it's everyone else that is.
Questioning is important. Blind acceptance of everything is not something that comes naturally to 'Taore'. Dwelling in self-hate and nihilism, he takes nothing for granted while at the same time taking everything for granted. Such hypocrisy is a natural human phenomenon, and in that way confirms his own humanity.
'Taore' mostly produces music in the industrial genre, though genres like drum'n'bass, breakbeat and demostyle inevitably get caught up in there as well. He won't always stick to one genre either, he will sometimes feel the need to create a completely d'n'b track, or electronica, and they are usually finished faster.
Influences come from artists such as Carbon 12, Numb, Front Line Assembly, and Lowpass Frequency, undoubtedly along with the other artists he listens to such as Celldweller, Circle of Dust, Spineshank, Stabbing Westward, among many others. Not only that, but some sentimental piano/strings pieces can influence him as well.
Most of the vocal material comes from deeply embedded complexes that 'Taore' does not like to speak about (it forces him to be acutely aware of them). Music allows him to show the resultant thoughts without the shame attached.
At least, that's the theory.

Why this name?
'Taore' is just a name I made up. I've since found out that it's a word in a few languages, but it did not originate from them.
Do you play live?
I don't play live, since the music is not created with lots of different hardware. I don't think it would be possible.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
You mean other than trying before buying, except not buying?
It allows people like me to release their music to the world, instead of being completely unknown forever.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably.
Band History:
Used to release music under the alias "RibinaBJ". I stopped because the tracking scene mostly died, I lost interest, and besides all that my artist name sucked like vacuum.
Your influences?
Carbon 12, Numb, Celldweller, Circle of Dust, Front Line Assembly. Many more I can't think of right now. I've got to say though, that society gives me all the problems I need to influence my music for a lifetime or two.
Favorite spot?
I have no favourite spot. Everywhere is troublesome, and similar. Even graves suck, despite being surrounded by death.
Equipment used:
A computer and a midi keyboard.
OH NO WRONG ANSWER WASN'T IT?!?
