Well right now, there is no band. I'm the only member, and my name is Aubrey. I'm releasing an acoustic demo, with my shitty voice, and yea, their recorded on my fostex MR8.
Why this name?
I came up with the name In Your Hands, because my emotions express this. The music itself is in your hands. I create the music, but you make it.
Do you play live?
Nope havent played live with songs i've written, But i did perform playin the guitar in front of my summer school freshman class about 2 years ago. Performing a song about recycling on the cover of Blink 182's Stay together for the kids. And i guess you can count this. but when i was in this "little band" we played in front of our friends during one practice. [THE FOBZ]
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well, bands become more well known. But the Album sales decrease everytime someone downloads a song. Say for their MP3 player or something. So i have no idea.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably, most likely no, i love playing music, but i'm not sure if im the type to play infront of huge crowds.. i guess as long as people like my music. In dunno, the descision is in your hands.
Band History:
I started writting songs about 2 years ago. And I still suck like i did back then. But i also still love writting... It keeps me alive and breathing.
