“Credit” is the robust voice, lyrically genuine and sincere, of a new hip-hop movement where lyrics and beats combine to send a meaningful and influential message. A native of Michigan, Credit grew up in a Detroit-influenced, spit-fire-from-your heart climate, where he had only one focus in mind: to speak with purpose. In 1999, at the age of 17, Credit started rapping with a local hip hop group from the basement of his home and an artist was born. In late 2006, Credit moved to Colorado and his music career ignited. His aim was to paint a picture of real life that could reach all audiences. Contrary to many hip-hop artists today, Credit’s music reaches the masses with lyrics that speak to everyday experiences and positive values. Credit brings plenty of energy and precise lyrics to captivate hip hop, rap and alternative listeners alike. Producing most of Credit’s music is Definite/Ruckuss Beats. In 2011, Credit recorded and released the 7 song EP album entitled, Credit Music, featuring special appearances by Crucifix and ChrisCo. In spring 2012, Credit will launch his new track entitled "Fire Flow" featuring MadChild of Swollen Members.
