All zombies and creatures of the night welcome to the nightmarish world of Necro Tron, a world where the only light comes from a bleeding sun and the air is filled with ash and the scent of dead roses.
Why this name?
"Necro" represents how I feel on the inside... dead... empty... "Tron" represents electricty... life... energy. Even though parts of me feel dead to the world there is still a part of me that feels... part of me that functions on a more robotic level... sort of in an animatronic way.
Do you play live?
Yes. All over. Yes I like it. Special moments for me would be when there was a connection with the audience. When they come up to me afterwords and tell me how the music moved them or how they idetified with it.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it puts more choices out there for people. A lot more than they would be able to find in the chain stores or could hear on the radio. A wider variety and the ability to find something more suitable to thier own tastes.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on the circumstances.
Your influences?
My musical influences are pretty much everything... Life and the world around me. Not just certain people or sounds, but the colors and textures of the world. The reason I started the band was to try and make an audio representation of my paintings.
