Arktika is a musical project
In Russia, Artyom is well known as a remixer and megamix producer as well as a DJ.


Arktika started in 1993. In September 2002 the group placed 8th in a competition of electro artists organized by ElectroEmpire/The Formic Records.
In competition of Russian electronic artists, Café 2003 (23-24 august 2003 Kazan/Russia) Arktika won 3rd place. www.ojuice.net/632/party_results.htm

He has 7 self-released CD's, Electro Empire [electro/freestyle] (2002), and Millenium of Dance (2002) [Epic Trance/Breakbeat] His third CD is `Feel The Music` [electro/freestyle] (2003). Also Arktika have two albums released in Russia under name B-Boy Tronik in 2003 on label CD LAND `Freestyle Music` [Electro], `Rock Your Body` [Electro].

Track `Play This Tune At Full Blast` got 1st place in category Breaks on www.mp3.com and 37 place in the overall mp3.com Electronic Charts in March 2003. It is just one of several songs, that have made the top 10 on the mp3.com charts in their respective genres.
