The name is "Knife" Sotelo, rapper and the band *laughs* but this page really has nothing to do with my band. Under the name Filerro I produce nothing but beats, and I'm not limited to a certain genre.
Why this name?
Too stoned to figure out a catchy name for it.
Do you play live?
I've played live once, a certain event was at the House Of Blues in L.A., it was quite interesting, almost anything goes at that venue.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It revolutionized the game. Before you needed to know somebody to put out a record. Nowadays anybody with a half-decent computer and a microphone can become an overnight success.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Like you wouldn't.. *laughs*
Band History:
The band "Knife" Sotelo *laughs* was originally formed in 2003 as a punk band called "uRbIN Chaos", I had left the band in 2005 to go on other ventures but he has also made frequent appearances with the band going so far as starting an eponymous band with it's remaining members. The band's lineup almost always changes between album releases, and most of the time, shows.
Your influences?
Weezer (Goat Punishment), Eazy-E, Sex Pistols, The Misfits, Civet, Body Count, Beastie Boys, Sex Pistols, Kid Rock, to name a few.
Favorite spot?
Hollywood.. On the f***in' strip.
Equipment used:
A half-decent computer and a microphone *laughs* but seriously all I use is a computer to make beats ie. Acoustica.

I'm a rapper/distributor/producer not to mention producer... lol jk but i really do all 3, so if any one needs there music manufactured to CDs and distributed to stores like FYE, hit me up.
