Local Alaskan band introducing a new hard rock style.
Do you play live?
Yes. Any place we can play. We love playing live, it's a great feeling playing music that people enjoy.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's drastically changed how music is promoted. For instance what we're doing right now by putting our song on this site, letting whoever wants to listen to our music, listen to it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
All of us share a common love for music, and sharing our gifts and talents to the world would be a dream come true. So,yes.
Band History:
Basically our band started 2 years ago in High school. Jared(Vocals, Rythm Guitar) and Matt(former bassist)started a band with some other guys. Then Travis (Lead Guitar) started playing with them and eventually took over their former guitarists position. All 3 played for quite a while with many different drummers who all had a conflict in musical interest. They gave Mike (drummer) a shot at playing, and eventually Crail formed. We've played live shows including our High School Graduation, coffee shops, and community events. We also made a CD "Professionally Unprofessional" in the summer of 2002.
Your influences?
Overall as a band: 3 Doors Down, Linkin Park, Dave Matthews Band, Nickelback and a variety of others that are strictly individual influences.
Favorite spot?
Alaska, where all rock begins. haha
