HI PRO GLO combines different musical elements while embracing a simple vocal, guitar, bass and drums formula. Our sound has been described as; Psychedellic, retro, slant-Alernative, Hard, guitar-Rock and we take that driving sound on the road with us as well.
Why this name?
It's just one of those many funny, or interesting things are said and often forgotten. This was'nt.
Do you play live?
The band plays frequently in the New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia area's in support of our full-length release "Eveything but the Thumb", released on HPG Records

Band History:
It all began in the summer on 1996. Singer Elmo Glo and guitarist Kevin Blechert wrote a few songs and through some miralce hooked up with bassist Jesse Kessler and drummer Steve Evens and managed to record these songs, one of which was to be included for an up-comming local compilation CD("New Brunswick Undergroud") later that year. Our song stood out having recieved attention from the music editor for the HOME NEWS TRIBUNE-Chris Jordan, recieved excellent reviews and so the saga of HI PRO GLO began.
