How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it's prolly the best way ever devised for an artist to get his/her music OUT without having a distribution deal or a record contract for that matter. Then when the artist does get a decent following, it's a great way to stay in contact with his/her fans!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yep! provided me and my manager thought that is was in my best interest.

Diamond D, Large Professor, Showbiz, A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Alchemist (Premier and Pete Rock prolly the biggest influence in my style of production)
Lyrics: Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Lord Finesse, the whole DITC crew, Run DMC, Kool Moe Dee, LL Cool J, Common, Nas, Kwame', IceT (no particular order)
