The Acapulco Brothers was set up in 2001 as a vehicle to play some fun music around town (Perth, Australia). The rep consisted of Tijuana Brass tunes, Burt Bacharach songs, TV hits of the 50s and 60s, kitsch pop instrumentals and originals written in those styles. The originals are here for posterity sake on this Soundclick page.

The line up was variable over the years but the main players were:
Marty Pervan: Trumpet, Trombone, Flugel
Adrian Hicks: Trumpet
Adam Harris: Keys
Neil Hewson/Nathan Leber: Bass
Pas Bartolone: Drums
